The McKenzie Method

Also known as Mechanical diagnosis and therapy(MDT) for the spine and extremities

McKenzie MDT is the most researched physical therapy based method available.

Rarely is time or money wasted to perform expensive tests, Certified McKenzie clinicians have a valid indicator to know right away whether – and how - the method will work for each patient.

Achievable goals of McKenzie MDT are to:

  • Reduce pain and deformity
  • Maintain the reduction with education and posture correction
  • Restore full function
  • Prevent recurrences

Our Alumni Program allows transition from rehabilitation to an independent program. This program allows you to continue to exercise in a familiar and comfortable setting with our staff present in case you have any questions or concerns. If you are interested in continuing your exercise program after your formal therapy is done – join our alumni program for a small monthly fee.
